Porsche 356 All 1950-1965 Accelerator Pump Volume Vial Replaces 00072102510

Glass accelerator pump volume vial for all Porsche 356 models with years 1950 to 1965. The adjustment of the pump discharge volume insures smooth acceleration at all speeds.

This small glass vial has ml markings to measure the fuel pump discharge volume on the throttle circuit of your carburettor. This small vial needs to be secured in the throat of the carburetor. Measuring and setting the fuel pump discharge volume will greatly assist tuning when the carburettors are installed on the engine.

Please note: Due to the shape of this vial, it may not work in very early 356 carburettors. The Zenith 40TIN carburettors will probably require some disassembly and/or bench measurement. This also applies for the 911T '69-'71 Webers with 27mm chokes. There is insufficient room in the throat of these carburetors to lower the vial into position.
