Replica of the brass plate fitted to the flat cap of the Bosch VE 383 distributor on 1300 and 1500 engines with aluminium pushrods - Alu-Stossangen. Aluminium pushrods were fitted between late October 1953 and late November 1954. The brass plate was installed by factory mechanics to advise that different valve clearance adjustments are required - Vent.spiel E.0.20 A.0.15.
